GRP Operating theatre / X-ray room doors

The door panel is manufactured from a non-organic core faced with hard plastic laminate framed with flush aluminium profile. The combination of a neoprene gasket and unique rail system ensures excellent sealing when closed (99.6% efficient in laboratory tests) which helps to maintain accurate air flows reducing air handling costs, the possibility of cross contamination and the incidence of wound infections.

They are easy to clean and can be automated with our state of the art electric operator incorporating a range of unique features including a built-in sensor which eliminates the requirement for a safety edge. Fire-safe doors are also available

Single leaf and bi-parting sliding door

Door	High density closed cell CFC free core faced both sides with hard plastic laminate framed in aluminium profile.

Track	Aluminium rail system with sealed for life nylon bearings and special indentations to give hermetic seal. Canopy in stainless or white coated steel sheet.

Colour	Choice of any colour from manufacturers standard range.

Frame	Aluminium profile or stainless steel to suit wall construction.

Fittings	Double glazed vision panels fitted flush with both faces of the door, lever handles, locks etc.

Earthing	Earthed to NEN-3134 to prevent static build up.

Automation	Electric automation micro-processor controlled with safety photo-cell, and in-built safety sensor. Operation by means of push buttons, touch less sensors, movement detectors and card readers etc .
