Fast Acting GRP Roller Doors

A full range of fast acting roller doors for both internal and external applications. The door panel is manufactured from a tough multi-layer polyester UV stabilised and anti static treated.

The vertical guides incorporate seals to prevent draughts and the ingress of dust, insects and vermin. In case of impact the Brx breakout system allows the door panel to be released from the side guides minimising damage to panels.

A patented spring balance system insures the panel will always be stretched tight resisting wind and over pressures and can be manually opened in case of emergency. Variable drive motors 240V or 415V for fast reliable operation. Stainless steel side and top covers are available for clean areas.

The doors can be used to save energy and create better working conditions where fast access is required e.g. heated or air condition buildings, to divide areas in manufacturing facilities to prevent cross contamination and maintain air pressures, reduce the sound of noisy plant and guard machinery.

Safety	Auto reversing safety edge and photo cell protecting the door opening. Spring balanced with release handle for emergency opening
